In 2007, KeyMRO started using management tools, and hosting E-catalogues for some of our clients. This puts KeyMRO in a unique position to offer a complete end to end offer for E-catalog including catalog management, supplier enrolment to the setting and hosting of the catalog, while the client remains the validator of the business parameters. Danone and Thomson are already taking advantage of the KeyMRO offering.

 Spend Management

In order to remain at the forefront, KeyMRO is always looking to integrate- other procurement tools to streamline its procurement process. The adoption in October 2008 of a Spend Management tool allows KeyMRO to acquire a critical vision of client consumption, to monitor suppliers’ behaviours and to manage the application of the contracts terms and conditions… This tool provides our professionals with detail capabilities of refining analysis by months, by clients and by items or services procured. KeyMRO is using this spend management tool to maximize its leverage with suppliers and generate the maximum benefit for its clients.

 E-Sourcing

In order to optimize the processes and savings for its clients, KeyMRO is using an online RFX tool. This tool streamlines the process for tender and makes it easier and faster to analyze the proposals. Reducing the sourcing time means more benefit for our clients.

 Contracts Management

KeyMRO has had a contract tracking management tool since 2002. The tools enable our professionals to track contract terms and conditions and they are alerted automatically when a contract is due to expire.
